Ordering

How do I know if your hats will fit?

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! However, because we do our best to ship out orders very quickly, we can only cancel your order if it hasn't already been processed or shipped. Please reach out using the contact form below (and be sure to include your order #) to request a cancellation!

Can you edit my order for me?

Depending on your specific request, we may be able to edit your order for you! Please reach out to us using the contact form below, ASAP! The sooner we receive your request, the more likely we can accommodate it.

I gave you the wrong shipping address at checkout - what should I do?

If you accidentally submitted the incorrect shipping address, please contact us using the "contact us" button below as soon as possible! As long as your order has not already shipped, we can get that updated for you!

Unfortunately, if your order has already shipped, your only options are to try and track it down at the address it was shipped to - or, if it gets returned to us, we can re-ship it to you at the correct address once we have it back in our hands.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We usually ship through USPS but occasionally use other carriers as well.

Do you offer order pickup?

No, unfortunately we are unable to accommodate in-person order pickups at this time.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

*Most orders ship within 1-5 business days. However, this depends greatly on our order volume, and may take longer during busy seasons, such as the Holiday season!

What is your return policy?

We produce all of our hats in small batches, which allows us to continue to bring you new styles each season! For this reason, all of our items are non-returnable. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. Thank you for your understanding!

Do you ship overseas?

No, we currently only ship domestically.

I can't find my package, what should I do?

The first thing you should do is check for tracking updates using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email or under the "My Orders" section of your account.

Unfortunately, once we hand your package over to the carrier, it is out of our hands. If the tracking number does not provide the answer you are looking for, please reach out to the carrier directly with any further questions or concerns.

Can you do custom orders?
