Shipping
All orders ship within 2-10 business days. Times will vary depending on our current order volume. Orders placed Friday, Saturday and Sunday will usually be processed and shipped the following week.
Please note that once we hand your package over to the carrier within our 2-10 business day window, your package is out of our hands. If you have not received your items, please first check the tracking number provided on your shipment confirmation email or under the "My Orders" section of your account for updates. If you need further assistance after an item has shipped, please reach out to the carrier, as we have no control over your package once they receive it.
PLEASE double check that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. If an incorrect address is provided to us, we are not responsible for shipping replacements. Customer will be responsible for tracking down package or placing a new order to the correct address.

Returns & Exchanges
As a small business, the majority of our items are made in small batches. In order for us to continue to roll out new items + be able to make each of your items with care, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.
